• SHIPPING •

In Uruguay we ship to the whole country via DAC, COT, DePunta o the national postal service.

Worldwide we ship from Uruguay through DHL Express.

Once you add a product to your cart and select your country you will be able to see cost and estimated time frames. Shipping cost varies with weight so be sure to add everything you need.

Shipping times are provided by the shipping company and once shipped the final arriving date is completely outside of our control. In our experience, DHL Express is pretty accurate with it.

Also, take into consideration that we have a processing time in between 2 to 3 weeks in order to complete your order. Our products are 100% handcrafted and made to the order. (We don’t have instant stock)

Depending on your location you may receive your order in between a time frame of 2 to 5 weeks.

We take shipping very seriously, as such our products are always shipped in sealed bags within customized boxes and then packaged together in shipping boxes so they are perfectly protected in order to travel through the world.

• RETURNS •

Sometimes things go wrong, and when they do, we want to let you know that WE CARE, and will do everything possible to find a solution suitable for you.

Please take into consideration that we can only offer complete refunds before the work is started.

Once your order has been processed and the first digital sample is sent your order may be canceled but we will discount a design and material fee equal to 50% of your order.

When your order is completed it won’t be possible to refund, given all our products are customized for each client.

Given the case, you are not satisfied with the final product, or it arrives in bad shape due to shipping issues, we will replace the items but won’t cover shipping costs.
